Sin Fat

Sin Fat is an upcoming two-tower, luxury residence situated Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

We were approached by David Collins Studio — a London-based interior design firm — to develop the project’s identity and signage.

The branding is inspired by the building’s architectural features. Warm metal detailing and light marbles contrasting darker veneers create a strong vision, and feel timeless and contemporary. The logo’s composition mirrors the verticality and curves of the architecture and interior design scheme.




KUOZ was also tasked to create a custom typographic system to be used throughout the residence’s signage and collateral. The signage was developed in collaboration with the interior design team to ensure visibility, while appearing seamlessly throughout the offering.

We developed a combination of thin gold metal structures for the interior, and brass monoliths for the exterior, which seamlessly blended into the surrounding area’s natural beauty.
