La Fête is the French-Thai Cultural Festival held in Bangkok annually, organised by the French Embassy in Thailand. It has been running for more than a decade, and we were commissioned to work on their 10th-anniversary campaign.
We were asked to simplify and revitalise their brand image through abstract concepts, in keeping with the rich content of the festival.
The branding features contemporary typography as a strong visual element throughout. We created the lettering by experimenting with different organic shapes using a pipe and acrylic paint on a glass surface. The result is an eclectic and bold design that is eye-catching and unique.
